The planning, organising, leading and controlling are the basics of management, and needs a constant flow of communication back and forth, from top level down to the employees.
If the communication is full of flaws, by the time it gets to the employees, mix-ups and confusion will have occurred. So it is vital that a company has a plan for effective communication.

- How is your non-verbal communication? Your body language, tone, facial expressions etc.
- Do you listen and understand effectively before replying?
- Do you monitor your communication and allow opportunity for the receiver to respond?
